Rift: Expert Instance - Iron Tombs

This often gets listed as being the next step above Foul Cascade, but personally I think this zone should be placed just before Realm of the Fae as far as difficulty. There are a couple of pretty nasty fights in here that require a bit more of your group than some of the other instances.

Broodmother Venoxas -
This is a new named. She will have two types of adds, little spiders which seem to spawn during the fight (I'm not sure what the trigger is but they seemed to keep coming), and big ones that will show up at specific points.

At a certain point in the fight she will run off and summon one of the big adds. You will need to joust this - you can see the extent of the AE so it's not really a big deal.

She also has a pretty nasty frontal so you definately want to stay behind her. If anyone gets adds I would advise running them to the tank so they can be picked up. Overall a fun fight and not too bad.

Caor Ashtone -
Same as standard, but you really need to cure Jagged Wounds off the tank asap or the they are going to need a coroner, not a cleric.

Three Kings
Same as standard, but you'll want to be sure to interrupt the healer from healing as it's alot bigger hassle here than in normal.

Bonelord Fetlorn
You'll see this guy in the pit with the black ghosts, behind a barrier. First you'll need to clear all the ghosts (they do not respawn in expert) and the barrier will go down.

I found this guy to be a pretty big pain in the ass. Basically he has two emotes - one that he wants your bones, and another that his blood is boiling. When he emotes you need to LOS him asap to avoid the effects. Bones will cause you to be snared (I think the snare actually comes from the skeleton but I'd have to confirm this) and a skeleton add to pop, and boiling blood will cause you to be feared. As a tank, getting snared can turn this into a wipe quickly. I would assume this can probably be cured though, but will have to confirm that.

There is a wall across from some rubble in the entranceway to his room and this is where I tanked him at. As soon as he emotes, the tank needs to run around the corner asap - you get very little time to react to it. The rest of the group can LOS him behind the pillar in his room. Then basically rinse/repeat until dead. He's not bad once you get him down, but you must maintain focus the entire fight, and he emotes non stop (I want to say maybe 10 seconds after I got him in place he did it again? maybe 15? I just know I was moving constantly, which naturally makes dps slower than it could be).

Ragnoth the Despoiler
Same as standard, except he also snares people. I honestly can't remember if he does that in normal, since that fight usually doesn't last more than two ghosts, if that. He snares right before the ghost phase, and curing the snare (especially on the tank) makes this fight go from frustrating to trivial. Note that you only actually have to touch the light and then can move out (the ghost will buff you so the ae won't hit). He also has a nasty ae so being too close to him can get you killed. When you run to the NPC and the Light is when the snare AE happens. A sentinel with AE cure makes this fight incredibly trivial.

Totek the Ancient
New named, pretty easy. He KB's and will periodically emote. When he does so you just need to run out of range of his ae, then back on him when he stops.
