Main Tank Healing Builds:
It is my opinion this is our best option of a build for being a healer, whether it is on a raid or in a group. This build should provide abilities to keep a single target tank alive as well as abilities to have enough group healing to keep a group alive during AE damage.

Krom's Build Sent / Ward http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10...stco.xE00qkRaz With this build I keep all of my sentinal abilities I have come to love but add in a lot more healing options with the warden's HOTs. These HOT's give me 2 more group heals and an ability to heal the group when casting single target water heals by using Ripple (lasts 6 seconds). So I lose some shields and a couple other of the purifier abilities from the first build but I think there is far more to gain here with the wardens group healing abilities (especially healing showers that heals up to 10 with an AE HOT). |

Hamur's build Sentinel / Warden / Purifier http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10...kRqz.E0Ebbszco Basically the same as Krom's build above but with a few points changed around. |

Shenanigans' build sent / puri http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...stco.ExoVzxdoz my build is similar to Krom's but I put a few more points into purifier to go all the way up the tree. I agree with Krom about caregiver's blessing and caregiver's grace. I tried to rebuild this role to elminate them but I need the 32 points in for surging flames and the wisdom buff and honestly there are few tree talents in purifier that seem worth it. What I like about this build is that it gives me a lot to work with. 50% of overhealing is transfered to up to 5 party or raid members within 15 meters of the tank. You get an instant garaunteed crit heal (combine touch the light and flashover). A self shield and a shield that can be cast on anyone but yourself with only a 3 second cooldown (and a 20 second cooldown on the target). In combat rez and more I haven't really used any macros for healing since it seems kind of pointless given how it changes throughout the course of the battle but I did start using this one. This gives me an instant guaranteed crit heal. I macroed it because I use this combination for emergencies and sometimes I would click too fast or due to having 5 fps it just would not actually hit both flashover and touch the light. This way I just spam the macro until the heal goes off and know that I will get both flashover and touch the light.

I have also started using a mouseover macro for cleansing, this works very well (tried it out on bloodwalker, made it sooo much easier to cleanse the curse before it puts the dot on). I have the macro in the 5 slot on my main action bar but what I do is, on fights that I know cleansing is very important (like bloodwalker) I'll move it to one of the slots I have my two extra mouse buttons keybound to. If you have extra mouse buttons this makes cleansing super easy on fights where it is very important.

Hybrid / DOL builds:
This is taken from Rantology on the Rift Forums, read his thread for full details:
DoL Macro:
This will ensure that you're able to cast DoL on demand, it will stop any cast/spell queue you currently have going and cast DoL immediately.
#show Doctrine of loyalty
suppressmacrofailures
stopcasting
cast doctrine of loyalty
Inquisicar:
There are few macros for inquisitors but the basic rotation will be to keep SH and Vex at 100% uptime > Nysyr's Rebuke > BoD procs > BoJ spam. Add Soul drain in there before BoJ spam if you wish to keep the Clinging Spirits debuff applied. Use Aggressive Renewal early and often to avoid mana issues, also keep a healthy supply of Heroic Mana Tonics on hand for insurance, they are cheap as dirt.
51/11/4 DPS Heavy Build.
Movement BoJ macro:
#show Bolt of judgment
suppressmacrofailures
cast bolt of judgment
cast Bolt of Radiance
cast Waterjet
Fanaticism+SH macro:
#show sanction heretic
suppressmacrofailures
cast fanaticism
cast sanction heretic
45/11/10 'Middle of the Road' is an alternate build between the 51 and the 38. It will do less DPS than the 51 (but more than the 38) while healing a bit more, you also get Tidal Surge which is a very nice cooldown to pair with DoL. The 38 point build is still superior for healing, though. Use the same macros from the 51 point build above. In addition the Tidal Surge macro is below:
#show Tidal Surge
suppressmacrofailures
stopcasting
cast tidal surge
cast Doctrine of Loyalty
38/17/11 Healing Heavy Build. This build includes Protect the Flock from the sentinel tree along with a few extra healing talents. Protect the Flock applies a buff for 5% reduced damage taken for 6 seconds. This will hit everything your heals touch as Reparation and DoL are both considered AoE healing.
BoJ movement macro:
#show Bolt of judgment
suppressmacrofailures
cast bolt of judgment
cast Bolt of Radiance
cast Life's Vengeance
cast Vex
Shamicar:
Shamans in general have a harder time generating convictions than Inquisitors because their natural DPS rotation includes only 1 life-based ability, so you have to use Bolt of Radiance and other abilities not normally found in the rotation to generate convictions on a steady basis. There are two ways to deal with this. A) Spec deep justicar for Light Makes Right or B) Use 2 separate macros, one normal DPS macro and a separate Conviction generating macro to ensure you have convictions at all times. If you do not have an Inquisitor in your raid you need to be sure to keep Censure up. Censure applies a 3% magic debuff but will overwrite Clinging Spirits from the Inquisitor which is a 7% magic debuff, so you need to be sure you're not using it if you have someone in your raid doing Clinging Spirits.
51/11/4 DPS Heavy Build. You want to get Inquisitor over Sentinel as a 3rd tree because Sanction Heretic grants 2 convictions, one on the initial hit and one on the initial DoT tick.
Normal DPS macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast massive blow
cast frozen wrath
cast sanction heretic
cast lightning hammer
cast bolt of radiance
cast crushing blow
cast bolt of judgment
cast vex
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
Conviction macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast Sanction Heretic
cast bolt of radiance
cast censure
cast strike of judgment
cast Bolt of Judgment
cast vex
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
AoE macro:
#show Avalanche strike
suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike of the Maelstrom
cast Avalanche strike
cast jolt
cast Glory of the Chosen
cast fated blow
38/17/11 Healing Heavy Build. This build includes Protect the Flock from the sentinel tree along with a few extra healing talents. Protect the Flock applies a buff for 5% reduced damage taken for 6 seconds. This will hit everything your heals touch as Reparation and DoL are both considered AoE healing.
Normal DPS macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast massive blow
cast lightning hammer
cast bolt of radiance
cast Life's Vengeance
cast crushing blow
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
Conviction macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast bolt of radiance
cast Life's Vengeance
cast censure
cast strike of judgment
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
AoE macro:
#show Avalanche strike
suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike of the Maelstrom
cast Avalanche strike
cast jolt
cast Glory of the Chosen
cast fated blow
45/21/0 Justi Heavy Build. This build gets you the Light Makes Right talent from justicar and offers much faster conviction generation. A few points can be moved around to suit personal preference in this one, you can take a few points (up to 6-7) out of shaman and throw them in Inquisitor to grab Sanction Heretic and Armor of Devotion, or put one more into Justicar to get Interdict to have an interrupt.
Normal DPS Macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast massive blow
cast lightning hammer
cast Sovereignty
cast bolt of radiance
cast crushing blow
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
Conviction Macro:
#show crushing blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast sovereignty
cast bolt of radiance
cast censure
cast strike of judgment
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
AoE Macro: *Note you generally want to use Even Justice to AoE with this build as this will yeild both a DPS and HPS increase since Even Justice will hit 5 targets and is a justicar ability, therefor healing for 25% of the damage done.
#show Even Justice
suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike of the Maelstrom
cast Even Justice
cast jolt
cast glory of the chosen
cast fated blow
Senticar:
Senticars are a unique role as you'll be 32 points into sentinel and have several abilities normal hybrids will not have at your disposal. These can include:
-An AoE dispel
-Healing communion (which you can spam with serendipity without the risk of running out of mana in the event that you run out of convictions)
-Healer's Covenent
-Healer's Haste
-Healing Breath which will be talented for a rather useful spot heal
-Touch the Light which can be paired with either Healing invocation or Healing communion
-Divine Call
-Reprieve
Don't forget to use them! The downside to this spec is that your DPS will absolutely tank to sub-chloro/bard levels. However the advantages are that you can seamlessly switch from helping out on tank healing, spot healing and cleanses to pumping out infinite amounts of raid healing, with 2 separate battle rez' to boot.
31/32/3 Classic Senticar
Normal DPS macro:
#show Strike of Judgment
suppressmacrofailures
cast Sovereignty
cast sanction heretic
cast bolt of radiance
cast Life's Vengeance
cast censure
cast strike of judgment
cast bolt of judgment
cast vex
Healer's Haste macro:
#show healer's haste
suppressmacrofailures
cast healer's haste
cast Healing invocation
Touch the Light macro: *you can choose to either have Healing Invocation for an emergency tank heal or Healing Communion for an instant cast AoE heal. Simply switch 'Healing invocation' with 'Healing Communion' if you wish to have that instead.
#show Touch The Light
suppressmacrofailures
cast Touch The Light
cast Healing Invocation
Battle Rez macros:
These announce in your choice of a channel who you're battle rezing. ex: 'Battle Rez on Rantology' simply replace the "s" at the start of the 3rd line with the channel of your choice if you want to change it. The ones below will announce in Say chat.
#show Absolution
suppressmacrofailures
s Battle Rezzing %t
cast Absolution
#show Life's Return
suppressmacrofailures
s Battle Rezzing %t
cast Life's Return
31/25/10 Super Raid Healer - This build sacrifices some utility to make your DoL healing as strong as it can possibly be, it also gains Tidal Surge. The downside is that you will give up your 10 minute battle rez, Divine Call, Serendipity and Healer's Haste which means you will not be able to as effectively help out on tank healing or spam healing communion with serendipity procs. You also lose Sanction Heretic and Bolt of Judgment from Inquisitor and will not have a reliable ranged conviction generator.
Main DPS macro:
#show Strike of Judgment
suppressmacrofailures
cast Sovereignty
cast bolt of radiance
cast Life's Vengeance
cast censure
cast strike of judgment
cast waterjet
cast vex
Tidal Surge macro:
#show Tidal Surge
suppressmacrofailures
stopcasting
cast tidal surge
cast Doctrine of Loyalty
